Government debt - how much is too much?

The Economist looks at the changing consensus regarding public debt.
With the coronavirus pandemic meaning all nations have taken on increasing amounts of public debt and, whereas in the past this has been seen as a dangerous path to take, in today's world there's increasingly a sense that this is much less risky than it once was.
It is well worth watching, it's a relatively straightforward introduction to the notions of public debt and highlights some interesting features of global bond markets.
