De-carbonisation - economic threat or opportunity?
3rd May 2019
Ben Chu reports on BBC Newsnight at the costs of decarbonising, and Lord Stern argues that the cost of adopting environmentally-friendly technologies is far lower than it was a dozen years ago. Thus, many people see this as a remarkable opportunity rather than a challenge that will be difficult to overcome. A superb short piece that is well worth using as an introductory clip when identifying, analysing and discussing policies to promote low carbon growth.
