The MeToo Movement

The founder of the MeToo movement, Tarana Burke describes the campaign now as “unrecognisable’.
In what was originally, a movement to support men and women who had experienced sexual violence “as talked about as a vindictive plot against men”.
She argues that the fight continues for many people who are victims and that their voices should be dismissed and nor should they have to relive their experiences.
