Tackling Social Mobility

Social mobility can be described as the movement of people between different social strata within society, for instance, if someone was to marry someone wealthier than themselves this could be seen as social mobility.

The following video by BBC's Newsnight explores more about this issue and could provide additional research support for the Tutor2u post and government documents (a link to the article can be found here).
