The Economist recently published a couple of short videos that could be used when discussing social class and poverty (relative deprivation) in sociology.

This video examines the extent of poverty in the USA, whilst this second video looks at ways in which those in need could be assisted.

These videos could be used within the Work, Poverty and Welfare unit, as well as Families and Households.
