Two nuns known as the Daughters of St Paul have over 15 million views on Tik Tok.

Is this a sign of religions adapting to the postmodern, consumerist world in order to maintain their membership? Have nuns moved into the sphere of consumption? Is ‘Nun life’ social media proof that we are experiencing life via a hyper-reality, even when it comes to religious faith?

An excellent, contemporary example of how even traditional religions are adapting to the modern world in order to compete with the ever growing range of lifestyle options available to individuals!
