Social Costs and the Circular Economy - Roof Waste in the USA

This Business Insider clip that promotes the circular economy and the potential to reuse waste. In this case, it's roof waste - notably shingles - that are being repurposed to become road surfaces instead of going into landfill, although interestingly the US aren't building enough roads to use all of the roof waste produced.
