Martin Wolf talks here about some of the themes in a major article he has written for the Financial Times on de-globalisation.

Over the last 6-7 years, trade growth has stagnated (in terms of volume) and the stock of cross-border financial assets has been shrinking relative to world GDP. FDI inflows and outflows have been declining relative to GDP and trade liberalisation has essentially stopped as global trade talks have stalled.
