A great example of how to think in different ways to get people to consider the social costs of using a mobile phone when driving.

Uber joined forces with one of Brazil's top soccer teams and got their goalkeeper to take out a mobile phone onto the pitch before a crunch game. The social media frenzy when he got it out as the game was starting generated huge discussion. Changing social norms is a crucial aspect of behavioural policy.
