Graham Watson

22nd September 2021

The incident showed the fragility of global supply chains, and perhaps the unstable nature of the global economy. More than 80 per cent of the world's traded goods are shipped from port to port on their way to consumers.

It also highlights the difficulty of steering these new supertankers in confined spaces!
