ABOUT THIS SIMULATION

Students take charge of Box to the Future, a food-packaging manufacturer still relying largely on a linear “take, make, dispose” model. Guided by circular-design specialist Marisa Loop, they make four years of decisions about lighter packaging, recyclable and compostable materials, sustainable sourcing, take-back schemes and closed-loop production. They balance limited budgets and disruption against circularity, cost resilience and retaining major customers.
