The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) has urged the UK government to provide a temporary rise in Universal Credit and to make some other benefits permanent.

This article could be used for the Work, Poverty and Welfare unit (responses and solutions to poverty by the state and by private, voluntary and informal welfare providers in contemporary society).
