Here is an interesting article from The Guardian about ‘reverse mentoring’, where a more senior member of staff (at The Guardian itself) is paired with a junior colleague.

The article has a number of links to various sociological issues and could act as an introduction to the following units, including: Work, Poverty and Welfare, The Media and Culture and Identity.
