This video from BBC News is a brief interview with Amy Golding, who is CEO of an international recruitment company.

Amy discusses some of the challenges of being a CEO, and in particular some of the perceptions that are made of her due to her age. She became CEO at 31.

The video could be useful for Business Studies as well as in Sociology.
