This episode from BBC Woman's Hour follows the stories of some of the female victims of Peter Sutcliffe who recently died.

There is a discussion about how some of his female victims were presented in the media at the time, and also why it took so long for the police to catch him.

The podcast could be used for The Media unit (media representations of age, social class, ethnicity, gender, sexuality) and Crime and Deviance (the social distribution of crime and deviance by ethnicity, gender and social class, including recent patterns and trends in crime)
