Air pollution and CO2 fall rapidly as virus spreads

Each of the blog posts this week will contain a link to Covid-19 and how different communities and countries are dealing with controlling/containing the spread of the virus.

This article highlights one of the more unexpected initial consequence of the coronavirus. As more people self-isolate and are not using their cars, public transport or flying, as well as many global manufacturing industries temporarily closed, it has meant that there has been a reduction in air pollution and other gases being emitted into the atmosphere.

This article could be used for Global Development (globalisation).
