In an unusual departure from my normal blogging on the United States, I’ve taken a trip across the pond and landed in Brussels to blog about my other favourite political sphere, The European Union. This week has seen a bold, if not radical, move by MEPs to reform EU voting mechanisms in the European Parliament. Read on for more on this extremely significant development.
