Web browser market share - a changing structure

This fabulous graphic shows the dynamic nature of the market for web browsers.

Follow this link to trace the changing market structure of the web browser market over time. Whilst Chrome currently dominates the market, the graphic suggests that this market is actually quite dynamic - remember Netscape and Firefox?

This chart is great as a springboard for discussion on creative destruction, dynamic efficiency, market structure, and concentration ratios.

Why not check out more graphics from the Visual Capitalist while you're there? It's one of my favourite go-to's for great infographics and visuals for use in the classroom.
