The Case for an International Carbon Price Floor

The IMF are looking at encouraging decarbonisation, with carbon pricing to the fore.
This clip is a brief explainer of the notion of a carbon price, in essence, setting an international carbon price floor. This would place a minimum price on carbon and allow for different floor prices among different economies.
