Norway votes for deep-sea mining

This article looks at the controversial topic of deep-sea mining and the potential negative externalities that are associated with it.
Some scientists claim it will have an adverse effect upon marine life, but the Norwegian government see it as an essential part of encouraging a green transition in allowing for mining of lithium, scandium and cobalt in Norwegian waters.
