Lego's chief executive Jorgen Vig Knudstorp is leaving the business and is being replaced by their first English CEO, Bali Padda. Will the new boss be bricking it or will everything click into place seamlessly?

This short video from the FT covers the change of management at the top of the world's biggest construction company. It made a net profit in excess of 1.2 billion Euro in 2015.
