Labour's new panel of economic advisers

Geoff Riley

29th September 2015

The new Labour leadership is getting external economic advice from smart people. Labour has appointed some fellow travellers by appointing a cluster of economists who will meet once every three months to advise Corbyn and McDonnell on aspects of economic policy. The economists chosen are by-and-large anti-austerians with intellectual cutting edge, a heterogeneous bunch of economists on the centre left of the economics spectrum.
