Gender Inequality - Female Executives Under-represented in FTSE350 Firms

There's been little progress in tackling gender inequality in the boardroom according to the latest report, a Pipeline gender parity study. There's some progress in that women now hold over 30% of boardroom roles but that whilst this is definitively true for the FTSE100 companies, there's a sharp decline for FTSE 350 companies. Work still to do!
