Climate change battle requires international cooperation

Here is a neat application of game theory at the margin, and certainly the economics of co-operation.
However, the World Economic Forum argues that tackling climate change is being made harder by geopolitical tension. Such a lack of agreement makes it far harder to tackle issues relating to common access resources, such as the Earth's atmosphere.
