New figures find a rise in child poverty. Hundreds of thousands more children are now living in poverty in the UK. A report's found there are nearly four million youngsters struggling to make ends meet. This short Sky News report looks at the data.The government is a long way off the ambitious target of eliminating child poverty by 2020.
