This is an interesting piece This is an interesting piece that highlights the extent to which there's substitution between capital and labour, with outsourcing giant Capita looking to replace workers with robots.

Bear in mind though that the relationship between capital and labour doesn't always involve substitution. Labour and capital can be complementary too.
