The Help Desk is a free interactive simulation that answers a question we all face sooner or later: when there is a money problem, who do you actually go to? Students staff a help desk as eight people arrive with very different situations, spiralling debt, a confusing pension letter, an inheritance to invest, and point each to the right source of guidance from nine, weighing cost, impartiality, regulation and expertise. One case is a scam dressed up as a golden opportunity, and spotting it is part of the fun.
