Uber ... and out?

Like Ryanair, Uber is a business that is regularly in the news headlines. The decision taken by Transport for London on Friday not to renew their licence to operate in the capital has provided a great deal of coverage, and again like Ryanair, covers a huge range of business topics.

If you were operating as a minicab driver in London, and not working for Uber, how would you alter your marketing mix in response to this news?
