Guerrilla marketing of the highest order from the Swedish arm of Burger King can be found here, drawing attention to the fact that McDonald's attempt to trademark the Big Mac in European courts recently failed.

It's a lovely example of a clever marketing campaign and also highlights the importance of trademarks as a way of protecting intellectual property.
