The price of a hot water and lemon?

The owner of Bennett’s Café and Bistro (rated #11 out of 600 restaurants in York) gave us a gift of a business studies lesson last week; a disgruntled customer, unhappy about the service and the price of a cup of water, voiced her concern on Trip Advisor. The owner responded, and to use the current vernacular, shut her down!
