Apple Watch? Gym membership? Motivation: lots of interesting examples of fringe benefits here. But how effective are they as tools for motivating employees over the long-term? Is tracking employees' activity levels and sleep going too far? The distinction between time at work and time away seems to be increasingly blurred.
