I love this website from Tyler Vigen on "Spurious Correlations" in which there are lots of graphs showing relationships or correlations between one variable and another. The variables chosen are "spurious" and often a bit ridiculous, but are a great way to start a lesson in any subject whilst embedding some numeracy skills.
