I always find it interesting reading books about educational ideas, theory and practice - sometimes I take away useful tips to put into practice (and discard many more!), but a key part of being a successful reflective teacher is to really engage with other people's ideas. A good reading list for starters is suggested below - it's certainly not comprehensive, but is a decent starting point if you're looking for some books to add to a staffroom library.
