India enters 'total lockdown' after spike in cases

How do you lockdown a city, or even an entire country as a result of COVID-19?

India faced this very question last week when it was announced that a nationwide lockdown would come into force, meaning that "there would be a total ban on venturing out of your homes," this came from India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. This came into effect on March, 25th.
