The following article explores how divorce reforms may help ease a potential ‘blame game’ between couples.
Under existing rules, one person within the marriage must "allege adultery or unreasonable behaviour” for divorce proceedings to begin. However, due to recent high profile cases has led some members of the judiciary to argue that the laws need overhauling.
