tutor2u updates

tutor2u Psychology Half-Term Update – New Webinars Coming Soon…

Joseph Sparks

26th October 2016

This Term

It’s been a hugely exciting and busy half-term at tutor2u and the Psychology department has not stopped.

Since the start of September, the tutor2u team have hosted 25 teacher CPD webinars for teachers all over the world (literally). In total 827 teachers have attended a variety of webinars for AQA, OCR, Edexcel and IB Psychology, with our most popular titles including:

  • How to Nail Your AQA A Level Psychology Planning for Year 2 With Smart Option Choices
  • AQA AS Psychology: What The Examiner Said - And How to Respond for Summer 2017

In addition, we have also given away over 100 resources to help make your planning and teaching that little bit easier. Just because our webinars are free does not mean that our team don’t invest huge amounts of time to deliver outstanding sessions and I would like to extend my thanks to Laura Swash (IB Guru), Andy Gilbert (OCR Guru) and Claire Reed (Edexcel Guru) and Jim Riley (General Guru).

Also, if you have missed any of our webinars, then you can watch the recording and download the resources from our dedicated series by clicking here.

Next 7 Weeks

We've got an even busier run-up to Christmas, with our Psychology Strong Foundations courses (9 dates) and Dept Results Booster courses in Manchester and London. Add to that the impending launch of our instant digital download store (which many of you have requested) and the completion of a huge range of new digital resources (Year 2 Core Companions, Sample Essays and Revision Guides - to name just three!)

So, to make a little more room, we've had to tweak our webinar programme for the next 7 weeks and made some small changes to the format. Our CPD webinars will remain free of charge and the only difference is that the downloadable resources will be made available to the attendees during the session (so that they can download them straight away) and will be emailed to those who attend the webinars directly after. Recordings and links to premium resources will still be made available for those who are unable to attend, following each session.
