Class conflict

Class conflict a Marxist term used to describe the inherent struggle within society between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat. Latter-day Marxists have often sought to revise this concept. For example, the Chinese leader Mao Tse-Tung identified the class struggle of the peasantry with that of the proletariat.
