A useful little video from the BBC to stimulate debate on the topic.
Of course, the argument about votes at 16 is one that is as old as the hills. It has taken on more of a twist recently given that 16 is the threshold now for the devolved elections in Scotland and Wales, and the vote was given to 16-year-olds for the #indyref
