Mary Robinson (former President of Ireland) argues in this wide-ranging TED talk that people living in poverty are more likely to have their human rights threatened as a result of climate change, than those living in affluent countries. This is a great talk to watch for students at AS considering whether judges are able to protect human rights, and also students at A2 taking the Global options.
