If you happen to live in Kettering, then you should be pleased to know that your MP, Philip Hollobone, only claimed £4852 in expenses last year, compared with the highest claiming MP, £264 778 by Jim Shannon, the MP for Strangford in Northern Ireland.

Ruth has been Subject Lead in Economics at tutor2u for many years after a career of teaching Economics, Business, Politics and Maths in a range of secondary schools.
