In this short video we look at some applied data on revenues for a selection of well-known businesses.
Revenue is the money flowing into a business from selling goods and services to customers in markets – revenue is also known as turnover. For businesses, the top line is whether their revenues are growing. The bottom line is whether they are making an operating profit. The difference between revenue and profit is cost.
