In this video we look at a range of soft and harder behavioural nudges designed to change behaviour at a micro level.
We focus on the EAST framework for behavioural change, namely that interventions are more effective when they are easy, attractive, social and timely. We complete with some evaluation arguments on the likely impact of behavioural nudges.
