Which sectors are suffering poor productivity growth? And why?

Britain’s GDP growth has been strong, relative to similar economies. Employment has never been higher. Yet almost all economists at the moment share a similar worry – poor productivity. GDP per hour worked is lower now than in 2007, and remains stubbornly flat. But beneath the average figures, which sectors are performing better than others? And what might be done to improve?
