The Best and Worst of City Cycle Schemes

This article looks at the varied results associated with city bicycle sharing schemes, highlighting the fact that many have failed and the different cost structures of each scheme.
It suggests that whilst the London scheme is becoming increasingly popular, we still lag behind Hangzhou, Dublin and much of the Netherlands, although given the bike-friendly nature of the latter, that isn't too much of a surprise.
