Rising female employment in the construction industry

Construction is a highly cyclical industry and so too is employment - the recovery in housebuilding is long overdue but there are welcome signs that the proportion of highly-skilled women employed in what has traditionally been a heavily-male dominated sector, is starting to pick up.
