Child poverty is an insidious issue, and one that isn't always as visible as other issues.
The UK has one of the highest rates of child poverty in Western Europe, and the notion of 1.3 million U5s living in poverty is heartbreaking, with one-third of children in this age group. So, we're all in this together. Again.
