Joint Ventures - Honda and Nissan join forces on electric car technologies

Honda and Nissan have launched a joint venture to share electric car technology, such as components and software, and try to halt the seemingly unstoppable rise of Chinese competitors, backed by the Chinese government. However, one industry commentator is sceptical about the likely such of the move, seeing it as "two Japanese laggards playing catch-up".
