Infrastructure – Africa's sticking point?

The level of infrastructure spending in Africa remains well below the levels required to sustain rapid rates of economic growth. The annual level of capital spending on core infrastructure is around $45bn per year and there are many challenges and risks that might limit the extent to which foreign investment flows into the continent. This Financial Times video looks at some of the issues.
