Government regulation: minimum wage and the homecare industry

It is a sad fact that many of us will need to call on the assistance of Homecare workers at some time, to help us to provide care for sick or elderly relatives who are living at home rather than in hospital or nursing homes. This is a market which can only grow, as the demographics of our population shift and we live longer.
