Google Inc becomes Alphabet Inc

Google Inc is changing its name – to Alphabet Inc! The new company even has an amazing new domain for its corporate website

Actually, this move is a lot more complicated than that. It involves a fundamental restructuring of the way that the existing Google business is organised and managed. The overall objective is to enable the various business units within Google to be more focused and also to provide shareholders with greater transparency about how their investment is performing.
